Both Monitors Say No Signal, Worked Yesterday Why?

It turns on fans and everything h100i lights up it worked the day before after the installation -
Hi my brother upgraded his PC yesterday(putting in the h100i) then his monitor said no signal he pressed a random button on the monitor and it worked but today when he tried the computer turned on, all fans on, green lights on gpu... but it said no signal I when he tried to press the buttons nothing happened we tried on another monitor but it still said no signal, please can someone tell me why it happened and how we can fix it, thanks

I was replacing my graphics card (670 to 970) when I was pulling out the old graphics card the PCI-E x16 slot tore off and some of the pins were bent. I used the PCI-E x16 slot below it. I put everything in and it turned on, when I turned on it came up with a screen asking me to press either, DEL for Bios/Q-Flash, F12 for Boot Optains, END for Q-Flash, F9 for system components and TAB for Post screen. No matter what I press it brings me to a black screen with a small blinking black line in the upper left corner, How can I Fix This? Thanks In Advance
