  1. you think it might work as a card for Plex on an existing computer? or maybe a new computer?
  2. Hey guys! I just got gifted this card. But as a dumbass on technology (a.k.a Apple fanboy), I don’t know what to do with this. I’m trying to scour the internet and I learned that this is a Transcoding/ML Accelerator card for servers or something like that. What can I use this for?

  4. Budget (including currency): 20,000-25,000MXN Country: México Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: SolidWorks, AutoCAD and anything that engineers use Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hi! So, I'm planning this build for my brother that's about to start school, and since he's in need of running SolidWorks, and we both are heavy mac users, we saw this as a great opportunity to build a proper machine, both for his school and occasional entertainment. As stated, our budget is in the neighborhood of 1000~1250USD. I already built a parts list using "Mexican Newegg" called Cyberpuerta. I am looking for a second opinion on the selection, mainly compatibility, because the machine falls right into the budget.
  5. I think there are. The thing with it is that most of them are controlled by the algorithms, that means, they need to report on that clearly fake news in order to be ranked or recommended. Jon Prosser made a video about it.
  6. Summary Stop eating the bait, guys. There's a webpage that tracks Apple leakers https://twitter.com/reneritchie/status/1333946152396484617?s=21 Quotes My thoughts If we keep sharing leaks from unreliable sources and pass them as news, The Wan Show and TechLinked will loose their reputation as a trustworthy source for news. 7. very informative thanks. What about grabbing NDI sources and just using the horse power to stream. Also, I updated my parts list.
  8. Budget (including currency): 20,000 MXN Country: Mexico Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, CS:GO, Portal, Fortnite Hey guys! So I finally decided, I'm going to build a rig 90% similar to he one on "500 US AMD rig" that linus streamed last month. It's a pretty compelling rig, since I don't play AAA titles. I may want to dive into Warzone and Fortnite, but I love CS:GO, Portal and, most recently, Minecraft. And, I was wondering, if any of you guys had tried the SEUS shaders for raytracing on minecraft java. bellow is my parts list (if you're wondering, no, the rig is not 500 USD, it's closer to 900) Here's my parts list: [READ THE UPDATE] UPDATE: So, I met a guy in a LTT Fans Facebook group that happened to be from Mexico too, and helped me out with a way better parts list that are actually available here in Mexico and it's a better value overall. Would love to see your comments (Prices are in Mexican rubles)

  10. I am once again asking you for your help on locating a video haha

This time from MKBHD, there was a review he made where he recreated the portal effect with some LED bars.

  11. Guys, I need your help locating an LTT video: There was a project where they used some ridiculous processor to effectively build "2 computers" (2 vms running off the same processor) in one. One for gaming, the other for streaming. Do you mind giving me a little help? 🙂
