  1. So I should get an Asus Motherboard?
  2. Hi All I'm going to be buying a new pc (upgrading from my current). I hear Gigabyte motherboards are great for the 9900K since i want to try to overclock to 5.0 or as close as possible as i can. I want my lights to be sync'd since im a big fan of the rgb. I hear RGB fusion is a bad program and corsair has there own iCUE. Is it hard to get all the lights to be sync'd via gigabyte? here is the build im going for: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NTLjcq. I want to order asap so my left click finger is itching.
  3. gaming and video editing. 60/40/ But it sounds like 2080 ti is the way to go. Cant wait for more to be available lol
  4. Hi Guys - Looking to make an over the top build and wondering if i should be waiting for the 2080 ti to actually become available or go with a dual 2080 build. I plan on getting a 9900K processor so i dont think the processor will be an issue. What do you guys think?
  5. This.. You sir thank you! I was so worried even in a regular setting it would be really hot
  6. how did you get two in the loop? Also what is your temps like then?
  7. Okay well that is certainly a big deal so i will be switching the motherboard to the Aorus Ultra, and because of asthetics i will be switching up the GPU to the Aorus Xtreme 2080. Does this sound good?
  8. Can you elaborate a little more for me? Would the MSI one make it throttle, would it be to hot and affect my longevity for the MOBO?
  9. Is it really that bad? I knew it wasnt as good as gigabyte but i didnt think the vrms on this MSI MOBO was that bad. Well yeah thank you! I wish the Asus AIO wasnt so expensive since it has a fan on the aio as well.
  10. I wont be using a 240, i just used that as my experience with AIO's. i would be using the 360 ML360R from cooler master. It has an extra fan and also obviously is larger.
  11. I like the look of AIO's over air cooling especially in this case). I havent ever had an issue with my current AIO (240 rad from coolermaster). I just want to know if this rad will be sufficient on hitting the 5.0gz or at least close.
  12. Yeah a basic 5.0 all cores is what im going for basically, and dope im glad to here that. It will make me feel a lot better now haha
  13. Hi Guys going to be posting a couple of questions in different areas of the forums (if you want to follow me around and help a brother out). For this one though I will keep it under the correct guidelines of CPU, Motherboard and Memory. for reference my build I'm looking to get will be at the bottom: (Note my boot drive is a 500gb 850 evo, I also have a 2tb HDD. The Case I will be using is the thermal take core p3. I have watched a ton of benchmark videos and determined that I really like the 9900K and it will fit my needs of gaming to video editing about 60/40 (with gaming being the 60). Will the the cooler master 360 AIO be good enough to cool this monster? I know delidding would help, and the delidding part isn't what is intimidating to me, is the sanding and removing the stuff on top of the CPU to put the Liquid metal on is what scares me. So I just want to make sure the 360 will cool it at a good overclock. If I could do 5.0 ghz with this aio it would be perfect. Thanks in advance guys!
