  1. It works now. No idea what was wrong, but reseated the ram, messed with the cables, took out and put back in the cmos battery, and it's alive. Am equally happy and confused lol.
  2. Just tried that. No luck. It was my old sysstem and my new one will be fine after I get win10, so not the biggest deal in the world, but no computer access for a month is seriously going to kill my editing motivation. rip.
  3. No, video out is not working, which is the main issue. I've already reseated the GPU and cables at least six times, but I'll try the ram.
  4. Hey all, I have a dilemma. Last night, my PC was working. I was playing black ops 2 and editing in my living room on my tv, and decided I wanted to move the computer back to my office (it's in the house.) Unfortunately, after I set it up, it powered on, the LEDs lit up on the gpu, but I wasn't getting any video out or USB power. I've tried: holding the power button while the PSU is disconnected to discharge capacitors, removing the cmos battery and replacing it after a minute, I've validated that the hhd is perfectly fine, and that my gpu's video out is still working. I've tried leaving it powered off for 12 hours and trying it again. Nothing has worked. Is the mobo dead? The fans come on, the leds on my you light up, so I really don't know. Also, I think it's worth mentioning that I didn't have a power outage or a storm hit my area during this time. Thanks.
