Finding it difficult to decide between getting a pair of RHA MA750s or another pair of Shure SE215s - The MA750s have really a really good warranty and build quality, but more of a flat sound signature compared to the 215s. I went with the MA750s, mainly just because I haven't really seen anyone complain about quality or faults with them (whereas there's multiple threads on forums where the people had the same issue as me) + I just don't really want to have to deal with having to return something (yes, I know it sounds a bit stupid) Also new experiences and branching out is generally a good idea

I think you're just crazy - the effort involved in faking a hardware failure and the mistakes people would make when nervous (subconsciously, so it's difficult to recreate them on purpose realistically)(I'm talking about the drives being in the wrong bays) also faking the emails, the other employees reactions etc is immense and just doesn't add up in time when you have 11 videos to upload in a week. Yeah that seems about right -
Ubuntu or some variant of it would be good for your needs. For example Elementary OS is supposed to be really easy to use, and most of the software you'd need is either preinstalled, or can be downloaded from the software center(or the terminal using "sudo apt-get install program") EDIT: forgot about the 256MB RAM, Lubuntu as suggested above would do nicely

well that was pointless since vanilla mc really only uses <1GB and with the JVM the memory usage is nearly double than what you allocate, meaning in your case all your memory was likely being used up for no reason

if you aren't using the memory (check with f3 in the top right hand corner) you'll probably just experience lag spikes because the memory dumps are bigger than they need to be
