On a Asus rog strix b360-f gaming motherboard, i can find the hdd in the bios, but not able to choose to boot from it

i had windows os installed on the hard drive, on the other pc, now i got a new cpu and motherboard but it wont let me boot windows.

The cpu cable is plugged as long in as it gets. I have not overclocked the Pc and i used it this morning, turned it of as usuall, got home, it didnt start.

So is it the cpu thats not working? since i wrote it wrong before, its a Rog strix B360-F Gaming with a i7-8700
