What cloner would you recommend? And I would need an SSD to usb cord correct?

I am upgrading my Lenovo Z580 to an SSD. It currently has a 750 gig hard drive and I am planning on upgrading to a SanDisk 960 gig ssd. Would this work? Also how do I go about cloning my current hard drive onto it?

I am trying to put together a build for under $950 (USD) using amazon as my site to purchase parts off of. I dont need a mouse/keyboard or windows, but I do need a monitor. The purpose of this build is to game (mostly CS:GO, CoD, Fall out 4 and games like that) as well as light Photoshop work. I was leaning towards a 970, but I am a little lost and would like some help.

At my house our dogs would get the same praise they would get for killing a rabbit or a dog. If it was a pet we would tell the owners tough shit keep your cat out of our yard. We also own 2 cats aswell, but our dogs have still killed strays

Why the hell would you put a dog down for killing a cat that came into their yard. The yard is the dogs territory and they see any other living thing that is not a human as under them or a threat to them *this being said that the dog doesn't think of it as above humans* If a another dog came into my yard and my dogs killed it it would be the owners fault not ours. Most dogs cant even leave their yard anyways. What do you mean if they are not stupid and taught correctly. If a dog has never been put into a situation before you cant be sure how it is going to react. Dogs do not generalize things like humans do.
