So I waited a bit and got better deal, bought i5 2310 for 40€ whit Mobo Asus b75m-a, 1tb WD green Hdd and 550 psu, only there is no GPU and only 2gb ram, but other than that I think it's a good deal.

Why Pay for a service when you can use your Home media server to monitor your home while away...  Im looking for a dependable board that can run 24/7 that I can use all day for video/Trans-coding/You tube/ etc etc and that I and my family can access for media via web at anytime...

Ubuntu 14 (2015 DVD): detects both Drives, installs to whichever I choose.
Scientific Linux 7 (2015 DVD): detects both Drives, installs to whichever I choose.
Windows Server 2012 R2 (2016 DVD): detects both Drives, installs in whichever I choose.
Windows 7 (Pleistocene DVD): I don't know because no USB 2.0 port in the rear I/O of this motherboard .
Linux Mint 19.1 (January 2019 USB Drive): nope, only Drive 2 is detected, Drive 1 is as good as unplugged... ?‍♂️
 
 
Whatever it is, it seems to be specific to Mint and we'll probably remain a mystery for the time being.

There's a problem that you will quickly run into with the hobby:

You can buy a cheap car, but have to buy a completely new one when it breaks.
You can buy an expensive car, and just have to buy expensive parts when it breaks.

If you use the car, it will definitely break, so "I'll just be careful" isn't a solution to that problem. In all honesty, I feel like I've had to replace more parts from "being careful" than I have from normal driving.

This would make for a really fun project for you, you'll have to go back to old forums and see what they were using (it was a lot of fish tank equipment, FYI) and it would be a great learning experience.

Looks like it's essentially the same design, just a lot more reviews, which I have a feeling is one of those Amazon's signature inflated junk, so it wouldn't really make much of a difference. Just lacks buttons to go forward and back for browsers, but since I never switch DPI, I reprogrammed those buttons for that.

LiteOn has(had) decent optical readers/writers (CD, DVD, etc). I don't know the quality of their PSU-s.
The one from the picture has three 12V rails and 80+ Bronze. I'd say it should be OK to use if it's not broken. Just make sure to load balance the 12V rails.

I think the question really is -------->   is our current climate change CAUSED by human actions
 
My opinion: Climate change is happening, it's primary effecting factors are NOT human related, human actions are minor players in a very VERY large system.
 
Some of my reasoning:
1: Go read THIS (by the Hoover Institution) It is short and concise and it is a very well reasoned explanation for why the author believes the HUMAN side of things is overblown.
