My order is stuck in czech customs and I have been asked to send the document with IOSS number. I have asked the support team but I know they are busy. Problem is the customs are expecting me to send the document rightaway so I've got like 1 more week until they send it back to Canada or if there's some label like (not return) theyll "destroy" the package. I really need help. Don't know if I should append the order number or not.
