  1. Ye, so I got a reply and it will be resolved by email, thanks to everyone that replied. :D
  2. So from this I guess I could call to the customs and ask if I could pay the VAT again and then ask LTT support for VAT refund? That would be possible? Since I am not sure if LTT is able to send me the document with IOSS number because of those tracking numbers changing.
  3. Oh, okey so that means I got to call to the customs and pay it separately, since LTT doesn't collect VAT? I'm a little confused. Ordering something for the first time.
  4. Hey, firstly I know I should not be writing here about me needing help. But I really need the support team or someone to get this message. (I am okay for this being My order is stuck in czech customs and I have been asked to send the document with IOSS number. I have asked the support team but I know they are busy. Problem is the customs are expecting me to send the document rightaway so I've got like 1 more week until they send it back to Canada or if there's some label like (not return) theyll "destroy" the package. I really need help. Don't know if I should append the order number or not. For any answer, thank you so much.
