  1. So I have a Gigabyte FI27Q which I bought about half a year ago. I connect it to my computer along side my Dell U2515H. Ever since the display has been turn on and of for about 5 times a minute when I game, and every couple minutes when I’m surfing the web. Each time it goes black for 2 seconds or so and turns on saying “DisplayPort 2560X1440” it’s REALLY annoying in game when I’m fighting or in the open and suddenly the display goes black. I had a LG 34UC79 gigabyte before the Gigabyte one which was also connected to the Dell display. Back then the Dell monitor was turning on and off in the same order. Does anyone have/had the same problem and/or knows how to fix it? Maybe it has to do with the electric because it’s happening way more often when I game. Is there way to check if this is the case? And if so, what can I do about it?
  2. Hey, I don’t know if I can post links in here, if not then sorry, please delete it. I saw this display and it’s really cheap. I cant seem to find much info about it. Do you think it’s legit? https://www.massdrop.com/buy/g-story-35-120hz-1440p-curved-uwqhd-monitor#overview Thanks
  3. I switched my 25” 2560X1440 monitor to a 1920x1080 and it looked REALLY bad. That ppi is even higher than the lg 34uc79g. Is that (and worse) how 2560x1080 34” looks like or my settings on my computer not optimized and it looked bad? (I just switched the resolution via the display settings in windows). When I look on a different 24” 1920X1080 display it looks much better than my display on that resolution.
  4. You made me really confused lol. I think I'll get the 34uc79 and if it'll be bad I send it back and get a 3440x1440 120/100Hz. Is new released games support it? suerly not all but at least most?
  5. Hey, So I’m upgrading my monitor to an ultrawide and looked into LG 34uc79g-b. It has 2560X1080 res and 144Hz refresh rate. I got a GTX 1070 so a 3440X1440 will be hard to operate above 60Hz and I don’t think it’s worth it. Also, the price between the 34uc79g-b and a 3440X1440 100+Hz (in my country) is 600$ so it’s really expensive. My main usage is gaming, browsing and school work. Is the low pixel density will have a big impact? thanks :)
