This is true.
And bear in mind, 4k ONLY fixes Aliasing (partially) and not textures pop-in and other bad stuff

Well I may have some good news, I’m about to buy a gaming laptop with a full RTX 2080 not this max-q shit and it’ll set me back a cool 3K. Good news is their 100% refund policy let’s you return it within 30 days for absolutely any reason.
The reason this is good news is because I’m going to be booting the thing up with internet at my shop 30min from my house, I’ll be testing some games there. I’ll try gaming without charging, while charging and after charging to see if it all looks the same, as normal.
Then I’ll head back to my house and test it without being plugged in, while charging and after being charged. This should give us all a good idea of WTF is really going on here. If it fucks up after being plugged in then it’s electrical, we’ll just have to see. I’ll update you guys ASAP!

it came back to normal at the first boot of my pc (upstairs).
Theories:
Not sure, maybe the electricity downstairs doesn't have a perfect sinus phase?

Dudes!
I got a contact on NVIDIA now.
She watched my video in this forum.
Maybe NVIDIA will now get aware of our problem...

BuckGup: That pic is a screenshot from "Everspace".
DaoNayt: Yes, two outlets, close together but in adjacent rooms

Problem is back after playing "Risen 3", no update done before.
Take a look at this flick (it's from "Everspace").
I mean: the white pixels...

I could write to both biggest german PC gaming magazines
"PC Games" and "Gamestar" and provide a link to this thread...

I saw one more symptom of "broken graphics":
3D objects jitter.
The same objects don't jitter when everything is ok on my system...

This is my issue, graphics getting reduced to trash, trees in all games look like cardboard cut-outs. I’ll upload some clips to show you guys in the near future. I’ve been really busy with work lately, haven’t had time to do anything else.

I marked all I experience with a V
and what I don't see with an X.
Also, about the flying objects in "Transport Fever":
It seems those are rendered in the wrong location.
Something similar happened in "Total War: Thrones of Britannia":
Here, there were houses with smoke where the smoke is like 5 metres beside the chimney pot...

ok, guys. You won't believe this:
I plugged my pc into a different power outlet and wham! it's all good.
Let's hope it survives the restart.
Tell you more tomorrow...
Bye

Update:
Steam updated "Total War - Thrones of Britannia". When I played it again (play it alot lately, with good graphics) graphics went bonker again.
It seems, playing a new game breaks good graphics again.
New visuals observations:
- Objects have less polygons
- Some things are darker than they should be
- Everything looks more 2D
- There is a blur to everything, a bit like no anisotropic filtering
- text in windows is also jaggy (but someone already said that)
Dude, this can never be the monitor. I mean: less polygons...
