They are two totally different gpu's made by two different companies using totally different software and firmware.  They really have no right being as similar as they already are in the first place. Kinda an oddity of modern computing vs how it used to be done with 100% different api's where two gpu's couldn't even do the same tasks.

If you know someone with a compatible board you can test your components on their board or test their components in yours, CPU, GPU, and everything. The only other test I think you can run that you didn't is testing both GPUs in another PC. You've done every diagnostic/fix I would suggest. It's not software as you have done both DDU and a fresh Windows install, and if both GPUs exhibit the issue it's most likely not them, after GPU I'd say monitor, but you've ruled that out as you've used a different HDMI as well as tested on a completely different monitor where it did the same thing, that's not it. If it's not software, GPU, or Monitor it leaves the other hardware. CPU doesn't really make sense but it is possible. The pcie slot being bad on the motherboard makes the most sense to me. I think your next step if both GPUs work in another computer is motherboard replacement. If you have a Bestbuy or Microcenter nearby buy one from there as they have good return policies and will normally be pretty chill if you have to return the new one, if you do not have a local store that sells motherboards or you do and it does't have a good return policy, order from Amazon.

Could be a bad pcie slot, I'd say try another slot but the Bazooka-M only has one.

You won't notice a groundbreaking experience, but the experience of a Logitech mouse which I suppose is more premium feeling, with Logitech's software which is excellent would be worth the 12$, provided you first looked if there are used/ refurbished g502 proteous core (s) for that price.
    Btw, it's mice.

Oh sorry i haven't answer your question..

Well expensive mice tend to have better sensor and build quality..i can't speak of features as there are expensive mouse out there with little to no features..G PRO Wireless for example.

And yes you're right most gaming mouse have a good sensor nowadays as long its from a reputable company.

I have had a G502 for several years now and for the price, it is well worth the price. And as some else said you can get on refurbed for that price.

Hard drives may be slow, but USB2.0 will be slower. Most hard drives today can transfer around 80-160MB/s (according to some random forum post I read), and USB2.0 can only do a maximum 60MB/s.

Short answer: it's bad for muscle memory.
Anything that is not constant and stable is bad for muscle memory.

Long answer: If it works for you, you can keep it. But if you want to improve in higher level, first thing you can do is to turn it off. The learning curve can be quite painful at first, but it's worth the effort.

just use whatever suits your style best, at the end you have to game with it, no one else. If u are better with acceleration, use acceleration. The best thing is to try different things and find out whats best for YOU

XMP is simply an automatic overclock setting, you can do manually if you desire too... if you do nothing it runs on the default 2133mhz and for Ryzen much more than Intel a low frequency becomes an issue slowing down the whole CPU.

With the latest BIOS update from Gigabyte, my R5 2600 boosts to 4199 MHz on 3 cores while under heavy load at stock settings (no overclock). So I always keep my 2600 at stock settings now however, a liquid cooler or equivalent cooling power is required along with XFR enabled.

Scorpio 72472 reacted to SenKa in "future proofing" a taboo?
Future proofing is by and large a sham. But, it is true that buying like- an i9-7980XE, 128GB RAM, and quad Titan RTX's will hold up longer to raw compute workloads better than your run of the mill 6core, 16GB RAM, mid-tier GPU system.

Gaming is a very different story, but even then it would likely stand up longer, so long as the X86 instruction set doesnt die. And I don't think anybody thinks it will.

there's nothing wrong with building a strong system

but generally speaking it's better to spend 10000 dollars in 10 years on 5 systems than 10000 on a single one in 10 years for most workloads

Scorpio 72472 reacted to Gmoneyinthebank in "future proofing" a taboo?
You're probably not going to save money in the long run.  "Future Proof" is a misleading way of saying 2-3 more years of high quality gaming before replacement.  Buy the best gear in your budget, but realize it's a small marginal longevity gain and not "Future Proof".

Scorpio 72472 reacted to SansVarnic in "future proofing" a taboo?
Future-proofing doesn't exist. Its just a coined term to use for the most up-to-date tech, and its funny because tech always becomes outdated after 3-6 months.

I'm in an ITX case with a 140 and 120 at the front. Same PSU and GPU types and a 120 at the back. Therefore slight positive pressure.

My GPU is right up against the PSU, pretty standard for ITX cases, it idles at 40 and loads at 65. A good case can overcome the issue of a GPU against as PSU like the above.
