You leave it on the default "auto" and on the main SSD.

    Oh, I completely missed this.

You said you have the AC1000 and I, assumed, it had all gigabit ports.
It ONLY has Fast Ethernet (100Mbps) ports. If you can return it for anything else, I would do so.

Yah, I would look for anything that has gigabit ports. I would be surprised if they didn't have an AC1200 or similar in stock

all programs use ram, the faster the ram the faster it loads and performs.

Un1verses reacted to Lady Fitzgerald in DHL shipping
When Newegg's customer service and I were going through the nightmare of the package that disappeared and eventually showed up in Denver, I simply asked Newegg nicely if they would not use DHL again to sship packages to me. They agreed to do it and it hasn't cost me any extra. I've been a frequent, often high dollar, customer of Newegg for many years and I may have hinted I wouldn't use them anymore if they continued to use DHL (I really don't remember, it's been a couple years or so ago) so that may have been a factor in their willingness to accomodate me. All they use now when shipping to me now is Ontrac and Fedex.

    just use latest drivers.

you'll get more of a performance increase not monitoring the framerate like an obsessed tinfoil hat than you'll get from "picking the best old drivers".

Why so angry and not admit that you should have mentioned the Modelnumber of the PSU?!

As said earlier, there is a bunch of garbage 400W PSU and if someone asks, how should I know that they chose something good when the probability is pretty bad?!

So the answer is that the PSU Wattage is irrelevant!
What is relevant is the series.

And here some Reviews that show the differences:
    https://www.computerbase.de/2015-10/350-watt-netzteil-test-lc-power-xilence-sea-sonic-super-flower/
Here you see just bad PSU and worse!

And even that Review is mostly junk:
    https://www.computerbase.de/2017-07/cooler-master-cougar-xfx-zalman-netzteil-test/

So do you understand now that there are differences in the PSU and that Wattage is one of the least important measures and that someone here maybe wanted to make sure that you don't buy garbage?!

    But you know the saying:

    NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!
So instead of beeing angry, maybe you should ask next time why they are reacting that way and not assume shit or just claim that they have to answer the Question the way you asked them. That's not what Forums do and should be...

no offense but you come off as a douche, something about the way you present yourself. you don't know what kind of power supply i have, to assume i have a random shitty one is demoralizing.
    here's my power supply. https://www.bequiet.com/en/powersupply/1549
i'm upgrading over time, when i bought the 3gb 1060 the gpu market was shit, and paid like 300 dollars for it.
this was years ago mind you, around the time when the 1070 came out, which if i remember correctly the 1060 3gb came out after it.
so release fluctuation not to mention the already poor prices for consumers.

I'm pretty sure most oc'd memory runs at a lower speed until done manually through the bios, either that or the bios tones it down for compatibility for the moment. but i know what you're talking about so thanks for the reply!

No, that build will use 200W.
It'll be more around 200W instead of 377.

Don't be nervous about taking it apart, find a nice guide and go slowly through the process and you'll be just fine.
