any fan controllers you suggest or any 4 pin fans? i hav 2x200mm and 1x120mm, i live 30 mins from tiger direct

so my motherboard has 4 fan ports, & they are all 4 pin ones, the manual says ground, speed control, sense, and last (NC), witch i dont know what that means, I tried looking it up, i think it may mean No Control or something? all my case fans are 3 pin and will be plugged into the ground speed control and sense but not the 4th pin (NC) my bios supports fan speed control will this affect me being able to take advantage of it? Thanks -Robb
