If I have correctly guessed your existing monitor model number, and the ASUS model you want to move to, you'd be going from a 4ms GTG response to a 1ms GTG response. So you should be pretty happy with the new monitor.

Make sure to keep in mind that IPS panels tend to have lower pixel response times than VA or TN panels. So if you are going to make the switch, then I'd suggest making sure that the IPS panel you're switching to has the same or better response times as the monitor your moving away from, otherwise you may not be happy with the switch.

some mobos are limited to 2400 mhz. some cpus are too. 7th gen and lower for example ciuld only run up to 2400 mhz natively. 8th and 9th gen only up to 2666. but overclocking and xmp exist. that makes it possible to run ram at 2666, 3000 or even higher

Memory sticks will run at frequencies lower than what's written on them.

In fact, all memory sticks MUST run at standard JEDEC frequencies like 1866 Mhz, 2133 Mhz and 2400 Mhz - memory chips used on the memory sticks are tested at those frequencies before being sold to the companies which manufacture the memory sticks and further test the chips to see if they work well at higher frequencies.

Use a software like CPU-Z and click on the SPD tab and you'll see there all the profiles stored inside the memory sticks, those tell the motherboard what frequencies + timings the memory stick supports.

You can say something like this:

These memory sticks were designed and guaranteed by manufacturer to work perfectly at 2666 Mhz. If your motherboard does not support this frequency, the memory sticks will be configured automatically by your motherboard to run at a lower frequency (2400 Mhz or 2133 Mhz) and they will function perfectly.

Try your best not to use ALL CAPS in your messages, some people are annoyed by such things.

Advertise it as what it is; 2666mhz memory.
If you're concerned people are going to try to refund it add "please check compatibility with your motherboard before purchasing."
