  1. Some motherboards will turn it off the IGPU if you have GPU plugged in. You will have to go to your BIOS and enable it.
  2. Does the Laptop not have a dedicated GPU? Also you cannot overclock a H series CPU
  3. Check if DSR is on in Nvidia control panel, (if you have Nvidia Gpu)
  4. On the download page it states only 8gb is required
  5. They have a section on their website stating all the compatible LED strips
  6. They dont ship a usb drive , got a Disc tho . Any 8gb drive should be enough for windows. 8gb drives from sandisk and hp are really cheap these days
  7. Seems to be a common issue with this monitor. https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/s/o6OAU1qLtF Also in most of these situations there are rarely guides out there but you can find some similar size monitor disassembly videos.
  8. You could use the Android emulator that comes with Android studio, it'll let you easily install any apk and also you can also use any beta version of Android (if that's your thing) Edit: The emulator does have issues running any games, i don't remember what the reason was.

I think one of my sensors is broken

Intel 14th Intel 14th gen be like
  10. As the above answer it won't work, the main reason is because Thunderbolt has dedicated pins for pcie (4x connection) which is necessary for a egpu. Which is simply not possible with HDMI. Even if there was a way to connect via HDMI , HDMI 2.0 has a bandwidth of 18Gbps which is very little compared to (even considering pcie gen 3) pcie 4x (32Gbps for gen3 and 64Gbps for gen4)
  11. So basically, up till 14th gen Intel followed this naming(taking 12th gen i7 as example) : There's a i7-1260U, i7-1260P, i7-12700H, 12 in their name indicates 12th gen The letter in the end Indicates the power consumption. U-Low power, P-middle ground between U and H, H-high power. When you say power it usually refers to the wattage of the CPU. Higher power cpu s usually have higher number of cores and high clocks. There is also a HX and HK. HK are unlocked H processors usually with slightly higher clocks. HX are Desktop cpus that have been repurposed for mobile usage. Core Ultra: Got rid of the generation indicator from the name eg: Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 165H Processor and Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 155H Processor as for the number "165" in the name is usually used to differentiate between processors with slight clock variations. The 165H boosts to 5ghz, while the 155H boots to 4.8ghz. 7840U is a AMD cpu but also seem to follow the same scheme for letter U,H but their first number is not indicative of the generation instead they name it by the year (which is just a marketing tactic)
  12. you can find older drivers on the asus support website, just search your motherboard number
  13. The Kat things looks cool, but i wonder if it would actually be that useful. For the headset i would say go for the quest 3. It is light, it has sick mixed reality mode and tetherless. As for playing PC games on quest, it is actually very easy. You can use steam link or oculus link to stream games from your pc to heasdet.
  14. That is what I was thinking as-well but in one of the review videos shared by podkall they might be uncomfortable due to clamp pressure and his(reviewer's) ear touching the inside of the headphone nevertheless I will be trying them tomorrow at the shop. If they are not comfortable could you give me a second choice?
  15. I had been using the Logitech GPRO wired headset(the non x but still the newer one) for 2 years, couple of days ago it broke down beyond repair. After scouring all my local shops are online shops, I am left with the following choices: Logitech g733 ( Overall had good experience with logitech over the year with mice and headphones and ghub has come a long way + wireless (the previous headset broke mainly because wire often got stuck in places and the headset fell down(i know ))) Inzone h7: My experience with sony tws xm4 has been great but never purchased a headset from them and rtings review says that they have very high latency even with dongle Beyerdynamic MMX150/100 rtings doesnt have a review on it and the only shop that is selling it was closed today but i plan to visit them tomorrow Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed Wireless: My experience with razer hasnt been the best in the past with their stuff breaking using really cheap feeling plastic which is why i am on the edge of even considering but i thought might as well put in here considering that it is around the same price range. I know there are many other non-gaming good headphones DT990 PRO but I wanted something with a Mic because I do travel every now and then and would prefer to not have to carry a extra mic around Closed back because i live in a very noisy area and open back headphones just wouldn't do it for me. Please help me decide which one i should go with, I am open to suggestions in the similar price range. (I know steelseries has some pretty good headsets but they are not sold here)
  16. Check Power settings in windows and nvidia control panel, make sure they are both on optimize for performance not on optimize for power consumption
  17. Its been a long time since this post, you should probably create a new question so that other people can see it (rn probably only I got the notification). I remember using Etcher/rufus for creating the boot drive, maybe try that.
  18. My top 2 priorities are always price and performance but they rarely go together

  20. My pc doesn't have a wifi. The motherboard has Intel I225-V Ethernet. I am using a CAT 6 flat Ethernet cable. The router is a a cheap digisol DG-GR6821AC.
  21. Its been almost a week this has been happening ethernet randomly disconnects form the internet only for a few seconds. Wifi seems to be working fine while that happens. I reset my windows (was having some other issues with with update aswell so had to do it anyways) and it did not help. Any idea?
