Best status update so far today of the folks I follow.

On that note - I am amazed how many staunch republicans cant wait to get ahold of a little Socialism stimulus checks.  Im over here just asking the Government to stop taxing me so aggressively so I can keep that money (you clearly didn't need, that you are just going to give away) and use it during my day to day existence.

as a republican I see your point. However god, family, money, then politics.

As a human who doesn't subscribe to group collectivism on ideals that change with the winds of times (Elian Gonzalez for example in 2000 it was the democrats screaming for deportation of this child who washed ashore, weve flip flopped in less than 20 years, those two party ideals) - it amazes me that these "beliefs" are so easily swayed by a little bit of insecurity.

Ben Franklin penned it best:

Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

What this tells me, quite clearly, is that as soon as the going gets tough - the tough change parties/beliefs.

Not trying to hijack your status update - still a dope meme - but cant help but be me.

I try not to change beliefs and views to often. obviously I change every once in a while because information and I am in my mid teens so that's always fun.
