After some googling I have some more questions.
Would i need to run 2 docking stations? One at the PC end to run the outputs, transmit over usb C to another station then to the monitor inputs and connections for the mouse, keyboard?
I sent the list to my guy at Memory Express to price it out. I've become really set on the idea of having my pc in the basement. During the summer months its really heats up my gaming room. Thank you for the help and I'll let you know what i come up with.
I know there was a video some time ago about placing your tower (water cooled gaming server) in a different room and running a single thunderbolt cable (30ft) to connect your peripherals and monitors too. Has anyone created a guide or parts list for this? Does it really work? I'm really interested in the idea of having my gaming pc placed with the rest of my equipment making noise in a different room.

Problem: Been looking to move to the ROG RYUO 240 all in one liquid CPU cooler (2x 120mm) however the overall depth is 52mm and my case only allows for 50mm. I've tried everything I can think of without physically modding the case to make up the missing 2mm.
Question: Any ideas how to mod to move the items around to fit a liquid cooler with a total depth of 52mm? There are additional mounting locations but I have heart set on dual fan location on top of the case. And yes this purely a want situation.
