  1. So before the match begins (ie there's no fighting/killing happening and we're all waiting in spawn) my frames are capped out at 300. Once the fighting starts it drops to 180-220.
  2. I just posted msi afterburner pics for ultra settings
  3. well, you see the thing is I reset my pc after I switched out the GPU's so it shouldn't really be a problem. I uploaded some more screenshots at either display-based or 300 mixed with low or ultra settings. order: ultra/display based -> low/300 -> low/display-based -> ultra/300 so it looks like the gpu is not pushing itself that hard if it's hitting 200 fps on low settings, but will go to 100% on ultra to try to get to 200fps.
  4. Well, I upgraded my gpu recently - I'll see what happens and get back with screenshots of afterburner on low and high settings and with display-based/300 cap too.
  5. I'm going to completely reset my PC and install graphics drivers MSI afterburner and OverWatch only - see what happens
  6. frames limited in game to 300, msi afterburner no cap set. yes to both nvidia settings
  7. I just used DDU before clean installing drivers right before I decided to make a post. I reinstalled the drivers with only the graphics drivers, no geforce experience or sound drivers. I also tried installing it with geforce experience and that didn't work either. My framerate is pretty much the same on ultra setting, funny enough.
  8. You should try msi afterburner and upload that, probably
  9. note: overwatch allows a maximum framerate of 300, which is what I'm trying to shoot for but my system won't get there
  10. So I have this nice 240 refresh rate monitor. I got a high-end rig to play overwatch at this framerate, what I hope will be a little bit higher, even. Instead, Overwatch frames are 140-200 with ALL SETTINGS SET TO LOW @ 1080p, so that's wierd. I check msi afterburner (photo attached). rig: gtx 1070 ti & a very, very overclocked i7 4770k. hmmm. So there's nothing that should be throttling and my game is on all-low settings with a framerate max at 300fps... BUT my pc won't work harder despite usage and temperatures being reasonably low. What on earth is going on here?
