I'm a programmer so I spend hours a day on my keyboard. I'm also an occasional gamer. I type in the 90s when I'm in the zone.
I just replaced my Logitech mechanical KB with a Corsair K95 Platinum w/ Cherry Speed.
I was worried before getting it because I read a lot of complaints that the keys were overly sensitive and it was too easy to accidentally tap keys. But, I've experienced none of that. I love this keyboard.
It's a gaming keyboard, but that's not why I got it. I wanted something that was great for typing and had macro keys. This has been great so far.
I had thought I'd just turn off the rgb, but I actually like setting the colors of the qwerty keys separate from the supporting keys. I also make the F, J, and V keys a bit brighter to make it easier to find them when working in low light.
I'm very happy with this kb, but it IS very expensive. I got it as a bonus when I bought my new computer. I doubt I'd have bought it on my own. but, I'm super glad I have it.
