Because at a given RPM they are quieter than other fans. If you ramp them up to full power they will still sound like the deck of a WWII aircraft carrier but by the numbers they might be a little bit quieter than a less silence focused fan.
 
If you want a silent fan then you have to have a fan curve that turns it off at some point.

The 9900K is still a good chip and should last a few more years. I upgraded mine to a 12600K not because I needed to but rather because I wanted to. 

Just got a Gigabyte RTX 2070s (OC 3x) and I think was already overclocked reaching 1980Mhz even though GPU-Z shows boost of 1856Mhz but I went ahead with an auto scan overclock with AORUS Engine. I want to change it back to what it was in the first place, do I click either of the buttons "reset" or "default" ?

At least to me, anything other than a front-to-back configuration doesn't feel right, but it's all personal preference. A dual-intake single-exhaust should be fine for all but the hottest of systems. I like to run slightly positive pressure bias, with the front fans running a little faster(or just being bigger than the rear one).

I'd guess the AEU stands for the EU model. But otherwise this is the perfect monitor for about ~500 €. Chech Hardware Unboxed on youtube for a review. This guy really knows his stuff when it comes to monitors and he repedeately reccommended it as the "best overall Monitor".

If its only few cables, you could screw some pieces of velcro there. That was pretty much my setup at one point, before I moved everything running on top.

Yes that should be a safe method of installation. The Windows installer has drive and partition tools and it should also automatically register as well since it on the same system. I've had to do the same thing... broken Windows recovery option.

For a while I've had Linux Mint installed on an m.2 (primary) and when I installed Windows 10 on a second SSD the Grub menu installed itself. I've given up on Linux due to hardware compatability problems so created a bootable usb Windows 10 installer and went through the motions of formatting and installing it on my primary m.2, but now have a big problem with the Grub Rescue where the filesystem is not recognised.
 
How do I solve this, can I remove Grub or something (without reinstalling Linux) ?
