Is this battery deterioration normal?

Is replacing the battery my only option? -
I got a new laptop about 2 months ago and decided to get a battery report. According to the report, I've lost about 20% max charge capacity. This seems to be a lot but I'm not too sure.

Have you had any experience with it? And would you say that it is worth? -

Do you know if EXCaliber PC is any good? I want to buy the laptop from them because they have the MSI promotional bundle. https://www.amazon.com/Leopard-602-i7-8750H-NVIDIA-Windows-Notebook/dp/B07G5SVXFP/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1542339621&sr=1-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=MSI%2BGP63%2BLeopard-602&dpPl=1&dpID=51iJvnfCjdL&ref=plSrch&th=1&psc=1 -

Do you think getting a SSD or SSHD would be better than getting the 1TB HDD which comes with the stock versions? Or can the laptop be upgraded in the future? -

https://www.xoticpc.com/checkout/cart/configure/id/12219831/ How is this laptop in comparison? The configuration is a bit pricey when I factor in shipping so if there is anything you think I won't need and should change then let me know. Or should I just opt for the cheaper models? -

Minimum of 6 hours would be nice so I can get through the day on one or 2 charges. Mostly MOBAS and some Esports games. Being able to play Triple-A games is more of a bonus than a necessity. I'm in the Caribbean but I'll be ordering from the US -

How is the ZenBook 14 UX433? I honestly don't know too much about the Zenbooks. Can you give me some recommendations? -

I heard the Dell XPS has throttling problems and the razer blade is quite pricy. How are the ASUS Zenbooks? -
I'm looking to buy an all-around laptop using my budget of about $1200 but I don't mind going a bit higher if it is going to be worth it. I intend to this for school work, watching movies, and some gaming. The battery that lasts all day would be preferred but something less than that is manageable for me. A dedicated graphics card which can manage most games. A good keyboard. For weight and thickness, no real preference. Fast enough storage, RAM, and CPU to run smoothly without any hitches. Enough storage for long-term use preferred(1TB maybe?) Good enough build quality to last a couple years. No problems with overheating. I don't know if I'm being too picky for my budget so please let me know if I'm being unreasonable.
