  1. @slowyI appreciate your answers ! I mostly have Data Science VMs in mind right now. Beyond that, I think you're right. Maybe I am getting a bit ahead of myself, I do have a good reason to upgrade right now but it really isn't the best time isn't it ? Damn, did not expect that, I thought my AIO would be fine lol. It does seem that my best bet would be to wait a few more years and then build entirely from scratch in this new generation. Thanks again brotha. I'll consider this solved.
  2. Budget (including currency): $1000USD for anything but a new GPU (I already own an RTX 3060). Country: Trinidad and Tobago (I use a forwarding service in Florida) Workloads that it will be used for: Ideally any game at 1080p+144Hz, Streaming, Big data crunching + Analysis, VMs, Emulation Other details: Current Part List - Intended new build Note that I would be reusing the storage, 650W EVGA Gold Fully Modular PSU, Enthoo Pro case and the AIO. As for the incompatibility, NZXT is honoring upgrades with a free bracket for their liquid coolers. I intend to get an i7-12700K, but I'm not sure which motherboard is the best for it that supports DDR5. Speaking of which, is DDR5 worth making the jump ? Should I settle on a build with DDR4 ? Should I wait a little longer to see what else gets released ? Is there anything else I definitely need to replace ? Thank you !!
  3. If you consider the entire spectrum of the used market they are going to be less reliable, but if you get it from authorized dealers (e.g. EVGA B-stock) I'd say the reliability of used and new are about the same. My current rig has a 970 I bought secondhand almost 3 years ago; it still works fine. I don't overclock the card though. At the end of the day, get what you're most comfortable with and with the least consequence should things go wrong.
  4. Honestly unless you just can't wait, I would say hold off a bit. Nintendo might always release a better version like they did with the 3DS. I'm personally waiting to see how things are when Fire Emblem comes out since that's the only Nintendo IP I'm interested in nowadays.
  5. They basically showed off the SAME set of games in the last 2 years. Taf is right, probably just slowing things down so they can have a good launch for the PS5, wouldn't be surprised if Death Stranding is the big selling point for it.
  6. Scrub it with some soapy water and hang it on your clothes line.
  7. Dark Fliers are probably my favourite purely from a gameplay perspective since Galeforce is absolutely nuts. Otherwise, Swordmaster.
