i can get the samsung one for around 60 usd cheaper, i'll be seeing between that one, however, i saw the MSI MAG27C at the same price as the HP, how has that one been for you?
-
right know most of what i do is coding, reading pdf's and the like, and the most demanding games i play are (i think) DOOM and Warframe, in that case, you recon i should go for another kind of monitor? (if so, what kind? i know next to nothing XD) or just go to the first one since i hope that, in the future, i would upgrade to a better card? Edit: sorry if my english is kind of crappy, and if something is not understandable, please tell me to try to explain it
-
that's what i also thought, however, most of the time i feel like the screen i have is too small, and i would not mind going to two screens, in that case, would it be better to just buy the same display again?

Hello to all of LTT, i have a 23'' LG Full HD monitor that will be 3 years old and i want to change it, however, i don't know enough of monitors to choose between these ones, can any of you help? (the monitors chosen here are at a similar price here in Chile right now, so a comparison between US prices is not applicable) HP OMEN 27", QHD 2560x1440, 165Hz, 1ms, HDMI, DP 1.2, NVIDIA G-SYNC™ Samsung 27" C27JG50, WQHD 2560x1440 1440P 2K 144Hz, 4ms, 16:9, 1800R, 2xHDMI, DP Monitor Profesional Gamer LG 27” Full HD, 1ms, 240Hz, AMD FreeSync, HDMI, DisplayPort OverClock i have an gtx 1050 right know, hoping to upgrade it soon, so i don't really know if it can push the frames necessary frames for most of these, however, i don't game that much anymore, so it's not really an issue thank you!
-
Seems like it would stay in the 60-70's in warframe in 1440p (though i saw a gtx 1050ti), and in doom dipping into the 40's but that doesn't really affects me, i could really play at those fps, even lowering the resolution scaling, i would not really mind, however, i probably won't be buying the monitor, is really big for my desktop, and i could probably need to wait a year or so to really drive it with a nice rig, it's just not worth the money, but i'll keep you guys updated, since in the span of today i will make the decission
-
i plan on updating, but considering the rate at which i can earn money, that wont happen until this same date, next year, so an entire year of subpar performance with my current rig, just doesn't seem like a great investment, maybe i'll hold on to the money until i can afford gpu+monitor (and probably cpu too)

Hello everyone, today i'm asking about this samsung monitor LC49HG90, mainly about the resolution, it's 3840x1080 in a 49' panel, claiming to be the same as 2 27' side by side, and 32:9 display ratio, and i don't know a thing about pixel density, but i know that my 22' monitor has 1920x1080 and it looks fine, so i don't know if the jump to 49' would be too big and also, i have this pc: pentium g4560 8gb ram zotac 1050 mini 2gb would this monitor be too overkill for this computer? i mainly play warframe, and don't mind using low graphic setting, but i don't know how the ultrawide aspect would affect gameplay amazon link for the monitor: https://www.amazon.com.mx/Samsung-LC49HG90DMLXZX-Monitor-Super-UltraWide/dp/B078RT392P why am i asking? it is half price until this sunday in a store in chile, and i'm interesting in upgrading, but seems a little too overkill also, sorry for spelling, not a native english speaker

will look, but doubt that i can find that sort of deals in Chile Edit: i can get one for around 400 USD :DD

A friend of mine wants to build a pc without gaming in mind, he mostly uses programs like fusion 360, and other 3D modlling software, focused on 3D printing, with some photoshop and lightroom here and there for photo editing, so, i was thinking about the next build: Ryzen 3 2200G MSI B450M PRO-M2 2x8gb HyperX Predator @ 3000Mhz EVGA 450BT 120 gb SSD-1TB HDD he has a budget of around 600 USD, but considering we only have access to chilean pricing (really inflated) and ryzen 2 wont be here until a couple months later, the cost is not really the same here, so, i have a couple questions 1) is this enough for his use case? (he is upgrading from a a6 6400k) should i include a graphics card? 2) would you change any of the parts? keeping the cost at around the same if any of you want to take a look at our prices, you can use www.solotodo.com

WTF video card does not fit the motherboard
kawallala replied to Fredster5000's topic in Graphics Cards
i think you'll have to cut the heat sink of your motherboard, or, if the lower PCI-express slots are x16, it should work on those -
sorry for not replying, the issue fixed itself the next day (i tried restarting and it did nothing), sorry for using your time

as simple as that, since this afternoon my windows key is simply not working, not win+Q, win+X ar anything, and i have not done anything to my pc, any insight in how to resolve this issue?
