After my laptop got blue screen of death my laptop got good to bad and my fps went down it became slow I cant shut it down or restart it because if I open it on start it will respond or go to a black screen and after few hours or minutes it will return to normal help

when I was listening to my audio techica earphones after the music ends there will be a hiss or like a background noise and after a few seconds it will be gone but if i am gonna use it on my laptop it will not end

cause in the gaming shop on my city they only have roccat logitech and razer mouse I dont have any credit card so dont say about buying it on amazon or stuff Price Max 80

While I was using my other laptop just watching some videos and later something happened it bsod I was so shocked and later when I opened it , it was so freaking slow and when it was already on windows screen everytime I press something just a little bit of icon it will lag and I tried to ctrl+alt+delete but nothing happens just after 10 mins of waiting the programs opened even the task mesenger but its useless it so slow it cant do anything I need help
