tf are these weird programs or services that say "toaster" on their name, when i click end task on those nothing happens.

My cables support up to 48mbps, also forgot: the line that I have on my house ONLY supports up to 30mbps.

EDIT: FOUND REASON: The reason is: my router doesn't support 50mbps, the cables don't support 50mbps and some other reasons I forgot.

Ok, I will just call them someday and I will see.

How do I check if I am using ADSL? I'm using Ethernet.

My ISP is OTEnet S.A.

So, I paid for 50 Mbps and then, when I went home to test how many Mbps I got, speedtest.net was saying that I have 30.78 Mbps download and 4.43 Mbps for upload. I tried: Rebooting the router. Unplugging router and plugging back in. Disconnecting everything from my router (devices, except my pc because how will I test it). Unplugging EVERY cable and plugging back in. Waited 5 days maybe something would happen. And still nothing. What should I do?

Can someone suggest me a great GeForce GT or GTX GPU (Graphics Card) which doesn't cost a lot? EXCEPT THE GT 730 (i have that already and its "broken") (make sure it's DDR3). kthnx

When I installed 64bit OS on my PC, I wanted to play Fortnite a lot. I installed it and then it opened. It ran pretty smooth until I got on a game. The screen started glitching out. Some days pass, I wanted to play CS:GO (Free Edition), I installed it but when it said "Loading textures...", the screen started glitching out, again. I found out that the GPU is the problem but I want an answer. How do I fix it? Is my GPU "bad"?
