  1. Thanks for reminding me that there was 2 XMP profiles. I selected the second one and everything worked perfectly! Before it just crashed when I had it at 3200Mhz but now it handles it great. Im kinda new to OC too so I don't have much knowledge. Im used to press one button and its all done.
  2. Hey everyone, I just upgraded my DDR4 to 3200Mhz G.Skill RGB. But when I am in the bios one of the 2 8GB sticks are lower then supposed. It’s hard to explain but here’s a picture.
  3. Well, I did not really have time reading every forum post out there since I'm studying for an exam. I would do it if I had more time. Whatever.
  4. My plans are to upgrade my CPU but I cannot decide which one to go with, if anyone can help me to find a good one thank you! Since I am a student I need a budget and cannot go with the most expensive technology. Currently, the ones that I'm looking at is i5 8600k, i5 9600k, R5 2600X and R7 2700/X. Which one is worth the most and why? I will mostly use it for gaming and maybe some productivity. Sweden is hella expensive nowadays cuz all the taxes. My current specifications: GPU: GeForce GTX 1070 8GB CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.6Ghz Memory: 16 GB RAM (15.94 GB RAM usable) Current Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 144Hz Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home I know the i7 4790 is not bad but nowadays I've started realizing that it's an older generation of Intel. And yes I do know that I need DDR4. So a new motherboard would also be appreciated if you linked me a good budget one. + DDR4 itself. Thanks for reading and have a great continuation of your day! + Thanks for answering if you so did
  5. Well I haven't tried a quadro cuz they are hella expensive (At least the newer ones). For me the 1070 works very well. Edit: Quadro is meant for workstations. Not gaming.
  6. I have a GTX 1070. Hmm budget lets say around 550$ - 600$.
  7. Yeah sure if possible do one 2700 with a Micro-ATX if possible. DDR4 Included. Nothing more. ? You can also make one with i5 9600k just to see the difference in price
  8. Looking for a new CPU, will mainly use it for gaming. Some video editing, AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop will probably be used sometimes. Which one do you recommend? I stream on YouTube sometimes and I've heard that the 2700X is more a workstation CPU. Give me your opinion :)
