  1. yeah my networking teacher says the same thing. All though women usually tend to make more in this field which is cool.
  2. Hello I'm a Junior in high school and in my English class we have to write a paper about the job field we are going into. Part of that paper is a interview about a job that somebody is currently employed in and I have chosen PC repair as the job that I am discussing
  3. weve bought about 10 of the 1tb versions and they all arrived in working order and after a month of allout a varying uses non have failed and theyre read and write time isnt bad for hdds but i cant say for sure if the price is good but on that website compared to a quick glance on newegg it's a god buy
  4. So the first computer i ever built and its got all the updated bios and its running a ryzen 5 2600 and 16gb ram at 3000mhz and a rx570 and on cinebench im getting 100fps and a cpu score 1230(Normal for that setup?) but for some reason minecraft looks choppy as hell and while my classmates who also have shaders on Core i3 8100s builds that looks really smooth and they are now talking smack about my build im also getting low scores on user benchmark i would like to fix this so I may actually get a taste of that pc master race everybodys talking about. Do one of the new drivers have issues(doubt it) or is it a bad gpu and if it is could I get it returned?
  5. yeah only a couple of good youtube reviews not many reviews on newegg but i like it not vey loud in the case silent mode works great altough I should have gottten a case that has part of the psu shroud off for the rgb its also not a modular variant but the sleeves on the cables feel very nice
  6. Well what to say so far it works would include pictures but I cant transfer them to this dinosaur of a PC that i'm using to write this. Its got a Ryzen 5 2600 160$, a gigabyte rx 570 150$, an Asus b450 a/csm micro Atx 80$, a kit of team t force rgb ram 2x8gb ddr4 3000mhz 140$, a 120gb ssd for 25$, and Earlkase Rgb v2 for 50$ and then i got from a friend a Gamdias Rgb 500 watt psu and a 1tb wd blue so thats a load off me. I thought putting everything together was going to be hard but actually it was fairly simple the thing that took the longest was the cpu fan and that was because i was trying to put it on the motherboard while that rested on its box but after that it was simple and a breeze now I just need to benchmark it with 3d mark but my school blocks it for some odd reason but i did bench with superpositon On meduim 1080p and got 54 fps average and min of 43fps. If any one has any questions about it feel free to ask oh yeah I call It Occam's Razor
  7. So just take the 16gb ram and go for better speeds over more of it right now and take the money left over and spread it across the system. Ok I see
  8. isnt there are a part in the motherboard to help regualate everything
  9. it works fine we hooked it up to a different pc in class
  10. Not really much judjing going to be done except for next year the class is going to vote on which ones will enter the fair but personally I just care about having some rgb and overall just some good old fashion performance.
  11. Currently in my class we each are given like 600 hundred dollars to buy parts off newegg business and we can go slightly over that by no more than 10$. I already bought the psu with my own money so that doesn't need worried about. Currently I have decided on the MSi B450m Bazzoka 85$, a 120gb SSD from team group for 20$, The DIYPC diamond-f1 black case because it will show off the rgb psu with it's partially open shroud for 30$, and a Team T-Force Delta II RGB 2x8gb ddr4 2400 ram for 130$. This leaves me with 323.13$ for a cpu and a graphics card. I plan on doing gaming, streaming and some programming on it so I wanted to know which of these 3 combos is best. A ryzen 7 1700 with a gigabyte geforce 1050, a ryzen 3 2200g with a gigabyte geforce gtx 1060 6gb or finally the ryzen 5 2600 with an Asrock phantom gaming x rx570 4gb. The psu is a gamdias astrape m1 550w which definitley should power any of these configurations. A friend is also giving me a 120mm red LED fan from his build for free.
