Though I have to say that I'd only recommend 400 and 500W Versions, 600W and up don't seem to make too much sense to me....
Seasonic S12II 620W and below is an entry level unit, comparable to Cooler Master Master Watt Lite or Corsair VS. With a bit of Lipstick put on it (Wapanese capacitors). but those are actually BETTER than the S12II or M12II.
As they actually have working protection, the Seasonic does not.

PSU to PC is similar to Oil in Cars.
Good oil prolongs the life of the motor, crappy or old oil damages (or rather increases wear and tear).
Its the same with PC Components...
