Cards in crossfire will run as fast as the slowest card. Card that is faster, will downclock to match slowest.

1. I have not used this motherboard but as it is Z87 there shouldn't be any problems. 2. You can put the Wifi card in any other slot. But if motherboard supports SLI you can but Wifi card in PCIEX1 and graphics cards in PCIEX8.

Low level format will erase all data and make it unrecoverable. With standard format most of data will be recoverable. So recover as much information as you can and then reformat drive to NTFS.

If GPU could directly sync video output with our eyes we didn't need more then 24fps. So brain-sync next big thing But you can relay tell the difference between 24, 30, 60 fps, with gsync/freesync as long as it stays above 30fps it should be a good experience.

SSHD monitors what programs do you use most often and then writes them to SSD and its adjusted with time. OS might not take that much as you need just some files every time it starts and firmware is getting smarter to optimize witch files to write to SSD.

You could measure how much power is drawn from the wall with one 290 and two 290s, so you could see how much power they relay need.

I like War Thunder as in arcade mode I can fly all my planes in one battle. World of Warplanes is more like WoT. I find War Thunder easer to advance in research and money isn't a problem. Try both, they are free to play.

AMD needs 6-8 core APUs, thats where Mantle can gain most of CPU performance. But they need some time to get there, with new APU platform and new features AMD needs to make sure everything works and improves performance. As they will not lose their ground in low end systems, but in few years they will gain middle end users and in 3-4 years we might see some high end APU. And they have Opetrons. They have 16 cores and they will need an update at some time.

I have read that 6+2 has a larger wire diameter then 6pin. So its safer to have more current going trough 6+2 pin.

Extra RAM could be useful in SLI, as with SLI you double GPU power but stay with exact amount of RAM, so single 2gb card or SLI 2x 4gb cards.

SSHD is a great option for my grandfather, it makes his PC faster to boot, he has a single drive with all storage and no hassle with 60Gb OS drive or fancy catch solutions. In laptops that is a good option, if you need storage and faster boot times.

Go for it! Just make a backup of your os on hdd.

If you want to buy 4930K get 32 GB of RAM, RAM is cheap.

I have a few years old WD 1TB drive that had a few bad sectors. It was slow to boot and sometimes writing to it ended up with I/O error. So I performed low level format, for now I don`t have any bad sectors and in Hard Disk Sentinel my WDs health has gone up from 50% to 96%. I am still testing with light writes and reads to see if it works normally. Turning my PC off with power button lowered health of my Barracuda (Errors in data transfers - according to HD Sentinel). If they don`t spread, I wouldn't worry as drive should mark them as bad and don`t use them.

Faster RAM could help and some overclock.

I had xfx 8800gt alpha dog edition, about 2 years ago according to Aida/Everest under gaming load it was running at 114C a bit above AMDs spec, if correct, but it took it like a champ.
