How do I know if my router is AX ready?

Im building my brother a PC and he has no access to Ethernet, so hes stuck with wireless. He's looking to game on this rig and needs a WiFi card or adapter. I've been looking at the TP-Link AC1300 but after seeing some of the reviews where writen in 2015 im not sure if its out of date now. I saw on another post here taking about Intel's AX200 but the amazon page for it says it only works with Intel CPUs and my brother has AMD. I was wondering if yall could help me out and give any reconmendations for anything around $40. Anything helps!

there where some driver and windows updates, could those be the culprit?

I built my pc a couple months ago and recently my fps has been lower and less stable then it used to be. I have an rtx 2070 and i7 8700 with 16 gigs of 3200 mhz ram. My fps in games like csgo used to be mostly above the 130s but now im getting a max of 80 with stutter. when running userbenchmark its telling me my drives are running below expectations with my ssd at the 17th percentile and my hard drive at the 24th. So I was in the bios of my computer and I found my ram speed was 2133 and not the 3000 I purchased. Is there anything i could do to resolve this issue? (I have corsair RGB Pro 16 gigs of 3000mhz)

Alright so recently my fps has been low in games and ive been getting some stuttering, I have an rtx 2070 and i7 8700 with 16 gigs of 3000mhz ram. When looking at my usage for gpu and cpu i noticed they were low, like 30s or 20s. While trying to reslove this issue i found a post with similar problems and it had something about disabling VT-d and HPET, would doing this fix anything? if not what could i do? Thanks for anything you can suggest

I recently built my first PC and i'm trying to format the hard drive I got for it but when I open the disk manager tab I don't receive the notification prompting me to do initialize, what can I do to fix this? (The hard drive does show up in the bios) Thanks in advance!

Im looking into buying a new RTX card but ive seen a lot of reviews talking about the buyers cards having artifacts appear. Before spending the $700 on one of these cards I wanted to make sure this wasn't going to happen. So has there been a driver fixing this or something? or should I avoid buying an RXT card entirely?
