So I had my laptop under 3 RMAs already in two months and after I got it back from the most recent "fix" the laptop now has dead pixels. I want to know how do you deal with this time consuming and unreliable RMAs. At this point I just want a refund and forget about all the heartaches this company has caused me, but they said that it is already impossible since the 14 days has already passed. I am really frustrated now and I would like to know if you have any tips on how to address this kind of clumsy support?
It's terrible. This is the 3rd RMA of my system in the span of 2 months. I deeply regret buying this system. The current RMA is still ongoing for a month now. I am looking for ways to expedite or return the system since it is basically useless for me.
I got it October this year. Got it RMAed but when it returned, had a blue thing on the screen, flickering when usb is connected/disconnected, and misaligned trackpad. Sent it for another RMA and it has been a month since.
Hi guys,
I am not sure if it's just my eye, but i think there is a dark spot in my screen when displaying white/bright colors. I just got my unit back from an RMA because it had a faulty microphone and had to replace the whole screen unit according to them.
It's not that visible when photographed but is quite obvious when seen in person.
Did any of you experience this? And how can i capture this effectively to show to the customer support?
