so i got the fallout 4 game and it seems that it gets sped up whenever i have good fps. i have amd card and i dont want input lag. also is there a mod i can download also also i dont have fallout4.ini

low fps. and i think high latency and latency variation and refresh rate. however my computer uses 60hz ´monitor so idk why it appears. low fps appears even tho it says i have 70 to 100fps which dont make sense to me

cpu usage is about 1 to 5 percent with google, steam and discord opened temps on it is something that i dont know

im tryna get as many frames as possible can you help me out maybe? im asking it here whilst knowing that many videos showing what should be edited. however i dont trust them that much. i have a full amd system with rx 590 and amd ryzen 5 1600

so before the end of the year i finished building my computer and installed battlefield 5 and i could play with everything on ultra, now i cant play on the lowest without lag. and thoose symbols showing something keeps popping up. has anyone else experienced this?. also can it be because i have allot of things on my hard drive? i have a rx 590 with a amd ryzen 5 1600 2x4gb 2666mhz ddr4 and asus prime b350 plus motherboard

I tried compatibility mode for windows 7. Might test it on older versions too.
