    so i bought the Elitepad 1000 G2 as a media device, and i also bought its case with a keyboard and a USB hub, but the version i had is the German version with a QWERTZ keyboard, but i'm having troubles with windows' keyboard layout

    can someone explain to me what are those fan hub, pins, fan controllers, RgB sync controllers and internal usb hubs? i'm currently going to build an rgb gaming pc and i don't know anything about those.
