I got another luck  and i got RTX 3080 Gigabyte VISION OC, but still not sure which one to pick up.
Both are for almost same price, Gainward for 1050 $ USD (including 21% VAT), Gigabyte 1100$ (including 21% VAT).

funn3r got a reaction from BTGbullseye in 2x16 vs 4x8 RAM
I did some research and i found it also depends on motherboard memory topology T vs Daisy chain, for T is better 4 sticks and for Daisy chain 2 sticks.
I also found some more informations in specifications at msi.com for my motherboard.
    There is
1DPC 1R max speed 5100 MHZ 1DPC 2R max speed 3866 MHZ 2DPC 1R max speed 4000 MHZ 2DPC 2R max speed 3600 MHZ Which means if i use single rank stick with 3600 Mhz and CL 16 i should be fine, because four of them will be meeting 2 dimms per channel single rank -> 4000 Mhz

I did it yesterday on my MSI B550 Tomahawk, i just followed guide from manufacturer.

    1. Download latest supported ROM for B550 Tomahawk from MSI website
    2. Formatted flashdisk to FAT32
    3. Renamed downloaded BIOS file to MSI.ROM
    4. Moved file to USB
    5. Inserted to marked USB slot
    6. Pressed Q-Flash button, wait till stop blinking

I had only MB, PSU and Case cable connected. It will be very similar for ASUS boards aswell, just check the manual
