Being a user of 2 290's for 6 years, I wouldn't recommend multi-gpu solutions anymore, since support barely exists anymore in modern games, and even then it's not guaranteed it works well at all. I'm waiting for the RTX 3000 series to upgrade to either a 2070 super or better. No more SLI or Crossfire for me anymore. Performance aside the limited airflow between the cards and the PSU, makes them run hotter and louder than normal. Yesterday they were running 52 and 58 degrees at idle. And those are Vapor Chamber cards. Which makes it harder to keep the CPU cool as well.

They were considered dangerous, I suppose by how (un)reliable they were and probable gas toxicity. As you breath out the gas containing O2, N2 and CO2, the machine needs to add more gas (be it O2, air or He in trimix) for a next breath (in the normal 21% O2 volume). If the machine miscalculates the amount of gas or in which balance O2-N2-He or the scrubber doesnt function properly, you are prone to having too much or not enough O2, causing Hypoxy or Oxygen poisoning. This not counting any type of decompression. Another thing I dont like about this thing is the lack of any back up system. Every rebreather user I know has another ponybottle as a bail-out. This thing doesnt have any sort of mounting for anything.

Kinda stupid design. Boyancy in a cave for example will be a nightmare. If I want a decent rebreather, I would still buy a Revo (if I had the money). Yes it is more bulky, but autonomy and range are much bigger and probably less trouble, like clearing the ears.

When I bought the cards there was more support for it. Now I wouldn't recommend it anymore. There aren't enough games that support multi-gpu properly. Battlefield used to be a great game for crossfire in BF3, BF4 and hardline, But I can't get the second card working on BF1 and BFV anymore. It detected once in BF1, when I used it in Eyefinity mode but fps were too low to be practical. Now I would just stick with 1 card. Even though I spent 940 euros on both cards ? Right now a GTX 1080 is faster than what I have in perfect scaling. To be fair, I didnt test modern games lately, because I dont play them as often as I used to.

Upgraded most the last 2 weeks 2600K -> 3700X H60i -> H100i Platinum RGB ASUS P8Z68 V Pro - > ROG Strix X570 F Kingston 8 GB + Crucial Ballistic Tracer 8GB -> G Skill Trident Z Neo 3600 16 GB Thermaltake Chaser Mk 1 -> NZXT H710i Added Samsung 970 evo Nvme instead of Samsung 840 Pro as boot drive Wanting to upgrade GPU (now Crossfire Sapphire R9 290 Vapor X) but saving for now. Probably a RTX 2070 Super/ 2080 / 2080 Super Or maybe when AMD releases something like 5800 or 5900 in the near future. And later probably new monitor 1440p and 120/144hz

Do you still run Windows on a HDD? Might be the problem, because I had the same issue when that HDD was failing in my system.

I was probably mistaking this with PhysX support for AMD cards, where NVidia blocks the support for GPU rendered physics when an AMD card is installed...

Won't work, because Nvidia blocks the installation of drivers when other GPU's than theirs are installed in the system.

Indeed It's meant to be fun, and I play it that way too, but sometimes it annoys me when people miss the ball when it clearly was an easy hit. Especially when they have ranks that should testify of how good they are supposed to be. It baffles me sometimes how many pros, veterans and experts play like rookies. Especially the ones from Playstation crossplay. When I only play a match or 2 I don't care, but if I'm on a true losing streak just because my teammates just can't back me up when I need them, It really touches a nerve

MW2 Multiplayer on PC: unlocking as much of the callsign as I did. Had all emblems of the perks and killstreaks (except the nuke one, only got 1 ever ) Roller Coaster Tycoon when I was still a kid. I think the HDMI converter only transfers video and not audio, by not using the audio pins/connectors. Do you have the audio cables from the PS2 connected to it also? Perhaps you can bypass it by searching for cables that connect to the in-line port of your sound card and record from that seperately.

The only reason i reinstalled Quicktime is to play the first Audiosurf game. I REALLY like that game, but it wont work without Quicktime, because it uses that to play the songs ingame. So I'm gonna keep it, no matter what they say.

If you havent, search for the application Pando Media Booster in your pc. It's a tool that comes with the install of LoL, which turns your pc in an update server for other clients, basically draining your upload speed. I had this problem too until I uninstalled that POS.

That graph chart makes me giggle, at how impossible it must have been to achieve those numbers for Nvidia cards. This would mean: one of my 2 290's on par with the 980Ti and my brother's GTX 770 almost half of the frames of the 270X of a mutual close friend... That is ridiculous.

My PS4 makes a loud noise when playing games, this from the moment I first booted it. When I play games on it, it's louder than my desktop under load. And that thing has WAY more fans creating noise.

He actually gave you an answer. Don't buy any COD for PC when you have a console. It's just not worth being annoyed by all these bugs on PC because they dont bother to port it properly. BO1 barely plays on my PC, BO2 was a bit better, but not like how I want it. BO3 is a mess... Just get the console version.
