I don't care if people want to pretend they are something, but when society accepts it so willingly that children are being granted hormone treatment (an irreversible course of action that ruins natural development) before they even know who they are,  it is disgusting.

Its because of the old school vernacular they use. Kind of like how if you listen to a song in your native language from 50yrs ago they talk differently. Enunciate different, slang different, and talk with defunct accents. When you learn a language, you're mostly learning the modern interpretation of it, so its no wonder you would struggle with the old stuff. 
 
If it makes you feel any better, i a native english speaker and relatively smart person (/iamverysmart /iamverydrunk) can only understand about 80% of what theyre saying. The rest is mumbles lol. 

...until I checked the lyrics. Now seriously, I studied English for over a decade and I couldn't understand a word. This is ridiculous. I don't usually have issues understanding native English speakers, I can even understand most movies without subtitles with no issues at all. But some songs, some of them I just can't understand....I understand gangsta rap better than this song here, although these street rap songs have a lot more slang.
 
This sucks. Is there  a problem with me? Am I retarded? I'm kinda worried. How do I improve my comprehension skills?

PSU - Heart of the PC (It literally provides power to everything, and if you have a heart fail or even partially fail it could damage almost anything in your system)
Case - Skeleton
Case Fans - Lungs
CPU Cooler - For humans it's be sweating but for other mammals like dogs it would be panting (which is more accurate). 
GPU - I have to say face. Some people might say eyes, but eyes are an input not an output. GPU's cannot natively accept a source feed, they output information.
Capture Card - Eyes. 
Sound Card/Jacks - Mouth/Throat for communication (again an output not an input)
Microphone - Ears
Keyboard/Mouse - "Feel" sense and response

Upgrade whenever you see fit. Windows 7 will go out of support in less than 14 months and Windows 8.1 is being dropped in terms of drivers because nobody uses it. Windows 10 is the way to go.

A400 is a terrible SSD, spend some more money and get a MX500.

my suggestion would be getting the 256gb one since you will have like 100gb after installing windows.
also i think its better to have your main games, windows and apps you use most on ssd and use and hdd as secondary storage device
my suggestion for a ssd would be this  Samsung 250GB 860 EVO SATA 3.0
 
I put some before after stuff below (256 gb kinston ssd(not A400) which has like 300 mb write/read, on a laptop)

before ssd: windows opens in 30 seconds and you have to wait like 40-60 seconds before being able to do anything
after ssd: windows opens in like 10 seconds and after entering password you can instantly open apps like google chrome

before ssd: google chrome takes 20-40 seconds to open
after ssd: maximum 5 seconds to open

before ssd: takes hella lot when you are on loading screen in game
after ssd: much more less waiting time

before ssd: takes some time to transfer files
after ssd: faster, sometimes instantly
 

1.) Kingston A400 120GB SATA 3 SSD
Is it good? Fast? Failure rate? Worth buying? It appears to be extremely cheap, about ~30 US Dollars.
If it's bad, could you recommend a cheap SATA3 SSD which is fast and has low failure rate? 
 
 
2.) If I use an SSD as secondary storage device (no OS on it) and install games on it, will the load times be faster (compared to having an OS on it)?

Not saying its an issue, just proposing that the money you'll spend on modifying and buying GTA V for the second time could have been spent on a PS4.

Well if I installed an SSD I'd get the downloadable version of the game so I wouldn't have to use the disc and that would solve the loud sound problem.
