its fixed i repasted the die and temps dropped massively i repasted once before but i think it was a old tube because it lasted maybe a month but with the new paste these r the new temps... Thanks for everyones input means alot

From what i can tell the pads r fine they look brand new and according to my friend he says on new gpus the hotspot temp actually means the hottest spot on the die so im gonna hold off on replacing pads for now and if this new paste i ordered doesnt lower it to maybe mid 80s i might look into replacing pads

i got it back in i believe late 2019 and my original temps were 72 on the core and 105 on the hotspot but i repasted it with some paste i have have since i built my pc which i think is old because the hotspot doesnt get as hot but the core goes up to 76 now but like i said i ordered some supposedly good paste and imma see what it does

So im using a msi rtx 2060 super gaming x and i have a question about temps so my friend is saying that the hotspot is way to high but from what i read online its fine but it has me concerned i ordered some new thermal paste the noctua NT-H2 which seems to perform well but can someone let me know if i should be worried at all ?

My friend is having pc issues it was working fine the last week or so but today it just went black and now it wont load properly. When he turns it on it goes into auto repair. He took out all ram except one and tried all 4 dimms and that didnt work im thinking its a harddrive but at the same time im thinking its something in bios because he has a b450 tomahawk and a r7 2700x and all the cores r boosting up to around 4ghz by default. Any help would be great thx

The entire system runs into a issue and has to restart then boots into recovery but its a fresh install on a new drive it was installed on a hdd but now is a ssd and now somethings messed up

Im using hw monitor to look at temps and i run cinebench r20 and did 5 render tests but i might use prime 95 and i tried 4.1 on this voltage and instant crash and the temps didnt even reach 64c

I have a ryzen 5 2600 and i overclocked it to 4ghz on 1.3125v and was wondering if its safe... Its my first overclock and i dont wanna break anything
