So I used to record good vids with obs but now ryzen starts to shudder and lag. I tried all settings nothing worked. Not sure what to do other than recording with my gpu. I set my bitrate even to 10k and it still was lagging.

it's prob broken. I recommend trying to get a refund before you do you should recover all data or remove all if you don't need it

it shouldn't be I have an gtx 1080 and ryzen 2700x it works perfectly. I'm 100% positive there are no bottlenecks.
