hi i have this problem with an cpu upgrade i've upgraded from a core 2 duo to a core 2 quad (i know i'm late with that one) but whenever i want to boot with the ''new'' cpu i get a message that says 1801 microcode update error and it's saying to update my bios but the manyfacturer (hp) doesn't support windows 10 for this motherboard what should i do thanks in advance

i really need help i recently bought adobe premiere pro 2019 and there seems to be a dll missing ''wmvcore.dll'' to be precise, i've been looking everywhere but nothing seems to work i've tried installing the dll manually and getting the microsoft media creation pack/update (also i need an solution really quickly because i'ts for school)
