If a manufacturer promises a feature to a phone and then never delivers is there any legal recourse that can be taken for false advertising?
I have a Motorola Fusion + which Moto said would be eligible for an Android 11 update. Android 11 was released on September of 2020 and Motorola is yet to update the Fusion plus phone with A11.
Their support keeps giving the same generic answer saying their team is working in it but how realistic is that since they have newer phones that need the A12 update.
At this point I believe they should just offer customers of this phone a free upgrade to their Frontier phone that is releasing later this year.....anyone else deal with an update that was promised and never delivered?
