Sorry forgot to add it will show the windows icon and spins for a spit second then it just turns the screen off but the pc's still running

yesterday I build my new Ryzen build with a ryzen 1400x, gtx 1050,4 gigs of ddr4 ram, and a seagate barracuda 1tb hdd corsair vs 450 power supply Asrock AB350m HDV motherboard. I can boot perfecty fine into UEFI, change Oc setting etc,(Havn't changed anything), if updated the BIOS to latest version, checked ram and all still nothing any ideas
