A motherboard rated for dual channel RAM support, and came with four RAM slot, wtf? If people online said that how much channel your CPU supports then buy how much RAM but why there are more slots? If I use four same RAM sticks on dual channel four slot board, what will happen? Will it perform better or you will see no difference?

A lot people say that if you have a 60 Hz monitor then there is pretty much same if youhave higher fps, and that's whythey buy 144hz oir higher. but is hz and fps works same way? 1fps = 1 hz?

Well, make no sense for me. Fps is higher than the Hz but graphics will change the performance.
