    I've used the gigabyte board in my friends build and it does the job fine and he has a similar build though the motherboard box smelt of wasabi lol. Also the a400 isn't unreliable though I do agree with the slowness.

    I have downgraded/upgraded some stuff as you had chosen quite a few overpriced compenents + I added more ram and storage and upgraded your cpu to a ryzen 7 2700x as you mentioned a probability of streaming.
