  1. Hello, I'm starting a new thread because the other one is kinda old not really, I checked my dump file (code 0x0000001E) which is apparently a display driver issue. My drivers are up to date and I have even tried DDU but it still blue screens. 2. i found the file but im not sure how to open it. what do I do with it?
  3. hey so I've been receiving random blue screens with the code "kmode_exception_not_handled" ever since I installed my new RTX 3070. I had an RTX 2070 Super before so I tried using DDU but it does not help. I also tried updating windows although I did notice that it failed quite a lot so I'm not sure if that information is useful. here is the pcpartpicker list: PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 3.9 GHz 8-Core Processor £300.00 @ Amazon UK Motherboard MSI MPG B550 GAMING CARBON WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard £189.99 @ AWD-IT Memory Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory £127.98 @ Aria PC Storage Sabrent Rocket 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive £114.99 @ Amazon UK Storage Toshiba X300 4 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive £100.47 @ Amazon UK Video Card Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 8 GB EAGLE OC Video Card £519.99 @ Currys PC World Business Case Cooler Master MasterBox MB530P ATX Mid Tower Case £111.48 @ Scan.co.uk Power Supply Corsair RM (2019) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total £1464.90 Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-12-23 18:21 GMT+0000
  4. yeah looks like my only choice is to replace it, luckily it's still under warranty so they are coming to collect it tomorrow. Once I get a replacement this problem should go away. Windows keeps reporting it as a hardware error. I found code 141 in my reliabilty history and from what I can see on the internet it looks like a gpu issue.
  5. I installed the new driver but it still does not show under my drivers. I get no errors as well. I'll try the power thing you mentioned when I get home.
  6. FOUND SOMETHING so in my device manager it says my rtx 2070 super driver has been disabled. The code I got was: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
  7. Genshin Impact seems unplayable now, I can only finish one daily commission and my output turns off
  8. Yeah just happened again and the leds were useless lmao
  9. I just thought of something, my motherboard has debug led's so I might check those next time it happens!
  10. I just tried using ddu and I reinstalled the driver. The issue mostly happens in game so I'm quickly gonna check if it happens again. For some reason the only game it happens in is Genshin Impact although the issue still happens when I'm not playing games.
