  1. One of the best super hero movies in my opinion. Most of them I can not even finish watching.
  2. It was really silly for a while. So much cheating that it was insane.
  3. I miss Novell, their NDS they had back then is still better than Active Directory. Got to work a few years with Novell stuff though before they totally went away Their Master CNE was a very cool certification back in the day
  4. Well experience and education is always the best deal. I used certifications to get in to the tech jobs in the 90's. It was really easy back then since no one had any certifications and there were pretty much no cheating either. Just having a simple MCP back then was big. Ended up doing a combination of tech work and teaching which was interesting since I got to see how the Certification industry actually worked. Had to take tons of certifications since it does not look that great to teach someone something you do not have your self. For a long time I was the only freelancing MCT in Sweden
  5. Unfortunately it is not cheat proof. One thing to have in mind though is that if you get caught cheating it is not just your MS certifications you get stripped of it is all of your certifications from all vendors using the same testing centers. Which is pretty much every single certification there is. Oh and it is for life.
  6. That would depend on the certification. I have been in this industry since the 90's and all certifications are not created equal. If it is a pure multiple choice text based test then you are correct and you can braindump it if you like. Many tests are not though. Take the CCIE for example. It is a big lab scenario in an actual lab. Kind of hard to pass that if you do not know what you are doing. Novell had simulations on the tests so did Microsoft. Some certifications like the Compaq ASE when that existed was performed with the books so you could look things up as you would be able to do in real life.
  7. The first exam tests are always hard but when you have done a bunch most of them are not that heavy.
  8. Well an MCSE is never wrong though
  9. An S3 with one meg memory to get the 1024 resolution
  10. And as with cars some are better than others in the cold Same kind of battery different built cars. We have the same problems with Iphones in Sweden.
  11. Cheap has never been the answer for me since Sonys flagship models costs the same or more than other brands. Mostly been about the camera, design and android mainly because it is open and not locked like Apple. Apple has never been an option for me because of bad value and their entire business idea.
  12. I do not really see much difference between them.
  13. Wifi maxing out in the living room on my Sony XperiaXZ2. 1Gbit threaded speed though. The router is a Linksys WRT3200ACM

  14. Works on my AOC C32G1 with a 1070ti on DP and 144hz.
  15. Would say it totally depends on what kind of success you are after. I took it many years ago since I was holding a class where the goal was getting the certification. Good to be able to point to some kind of knowledge proof though.
  16. Sure I wrote in my info but you should probably mention FreeSync in the title or many people will not know that is what is tested.
  17. I have an AOC C32G1 144hz and its working perfect with my GTX1070ti and no tearing on the pendulum test. Using DP.
  18. Will have to test it more to decide what I think about it. Just amazed it worked on what is probably the cheapest 32 inch 144hz display in existence
  19. Nifty little tool to check that it is working. https://www.nvidia.com/coolstuff/demos#!/g-sync
  20. Perhaps we should start a thread where you can put down if your FreeSync monitor works with G-SYNC now that the driver is out? I am happy to say that my dirt cheap AOC C32G1 works perfectly with the new driver and G-SYNC.
  21. Is that a common thing with extra ads and stuff in certain countries? I have friends with Huawei's and Xiaomi's and they do not have that stuff.
  22. Westies are great small dogs!
  23. I am thinking things have changed a bit since my MS Cluster server days
  24. To be honest if I had not already had a Bedlington Terrier when I was a kid I would probably have ended up with an old fashioned Bull Terrier
