Its a hand down from my friend so no, it didn't come with any thermal paste, think he used to aio for about a month, took the rest of the thermal paste so eh. Im going to go buy some thermal paste but I don't have much time at the moment, was seeing if it was an okay option for a temporary hour or so.

Currently building a new PC and my TD-02 RGB AIO Cooler from Silverstone has this insulation pad, as I dont have thermal paste, is it okay to use it as a temporary thing to install windows and things?

I got it working, I just booted it from the usb and installing windows rn. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP

I have reused a motherboard from a Dell Optiplex 9010 and realized I have trampled over many stumps. The main problem Im having right now though is the power switches, it's just weird and I'm not sure how to attach the cables. I've researched on the manual pdf but it only shows the whole cable instead of all the smaller cables. Basically it's a 5 pin layout thingy and I'm just lost

Hello! I tried repairing my friend's pc. It would not boot and I was thinking it may have been the CPU. Although just replaced, it has not loaded up or booted at all. The rest of the components work, the fans just blare on and off in a repeated pattern. Hey, I am building a system but using PC Part Picker, the avg. w would equal to 395w. The PC parts are: CPU: i7 6700k Mobo: ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming GPU: Gigabyte GTX 780 Ti 3GB RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX Boot Drive: Kingston A400 120GB Hard Drive: WD Red 1tb Case: Cooler Master Masterbox Lite 3.1 TG PSU: Corsair CX550M The reason for these parts are because the CPU, Mobo, GPU and Ram are being sold for 500 AUD which is some insane value, I already have the Boot Drive, Hard drive, Case and PSU but wondering if I should upgrade the PSU since it seems a little low headroom. I have replaced my old seidon 120xl aio with a temporary intel stock fan while waiting for a new cpu fan. Although when I load up the computer, it runs a "CPU Fan Error" warning and I have no idea how to fix it. I have gone into the bios and calibrated the CPU fan but still nothing. CPU: i3 8100 Cooler: Intel Stock Fan Mobo: H310m-k
