so i just took apart half my pc to get to the cable and the 8pin i have plugged in says cpu <_<

so it doesnt matter if its a solid 8/4+4?

k so, my mobo for the cpu needs an 8pin, my psu came with alot of combinations of 8pins (4+4) (6+2) ect. for my cpu i used a full 8 pin, now later looking in my 8pins i have trying to connect my gfx card i find a 4+4 pin that says cpu. does it matter? or its alright as long as u know all the 8 pins are in? .. same goes for gfx card, is 4+4/6+2 alright for it instead of a full 8 pin? psu: 760 seasonic platnium mobo: z87 gryphon gfx card: msi gtx 770 cpu: i5 4670k

What are you suppose to rename the .CAP file on the usb device before you flash it? It doesn't have it listed here, and for the converter that it has there its mia http://event.asus.com/2012/mb/usb_bios_flashback_guide/

Ive tried the ram individually, what else could i do for the motherboard? or possibly the ram. i can grab some crappy ram from current walmart desktop and try it w/ those. or should i just try and rma the motherboard?
