  1. I know Id be running a risk and it can go both ways, but im looking at ebay list of this card used and they sell for almost 600, would these cards still be under warranty with EVGA? and be a good idea to take a chance buying one from ebay or just dish out the extra 200 for NEW one. and or would it be worth it to jump up to a EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC BLACK EDITION GAMING, 08G-P4-2082-KR, 8GB GDDR6 that is priced for round 800 too, or does the 1080 Ti still out perform this card too?? they both are same price
  2. Hello yall. considering upgrading my GPU, I have gotten loads of great feed back and advice on what to do with my current build, thanks again to the great community here on linustechtips. I was just looking at a couple cards for my rig, one of the EVGA is a 1080 ti 11gb priced at round $800, and the core clock speed is 1.56GHz and the boost is 1.67GHZ, the other card is a Asus - GeForce GTX 1080 8GB ROG STRIX which is priced at $540, but it's clock speed is core 1.67GHz and it's boost is 1.83GHz, so is this lower priced GPU stronger higher clock speeds running better graphics wise? the speeds are throwing me off, but I see the EVGA has 11GB and the Asus is 8Gb, is that the numbers i should be basing the performance on? 3. hello yall, I have my first build that was 5-6 years ago, still going strong, with no problems, still playing everything on ultra, just tested the BF5 on max settings, and ran great. these are my specs. I am just wondering what can I possibly upgrade and put round 1000 into upgrades , just shopping round also for good deals on bang for the buck parts I can upgrade or maybe just building another build and give this to my daughter? Should I try to OC the PC to increase performance?(never OC before)but it is unlocked. thanks in advance.
