  1. I have windows on a 128GB SSD, and I want to move it to a 500GB M.2 that I have, since I'm running out of space on C: drive. I tried using Macrium reflect, and it shows two partitions on my 128GB, both NTFS active, and I cloned them to my 500GB Drive, but I am unable to boot from it in my BIOS. My motherboard is a B350 Tomahawk. I did this once when I went from an HDD to the 128GB SSD, but I can't seem to figure it out again. If this is the wrong place for this question, please let me know. Thank you for your time.
  2. I recently bought a pi zero w for use with Pi-hole, and I have managed to get ssh working and find it over wifi with raspbian buster lite, but when I run sudo apt-get update -y or try to do the update in the config it aborts or fails and I have to close the window. It even says that there was an error running option 8 update. I tried flashing the SD card again, a 64gb san disk, and the issue persists. Any advice that could be given would be much appreciated as I have not used a pi before this. Hope this is the right place to post this. When I ran sudo apt update and then sudo apt ugrade -y this was where it failed.
  3. So I'm attempting to follow the Pi-Hole setup tutorial and I have raspbian buster lite on my pi and it is on my wireless network, and I am able to access it through SSH over PuTTY but it seems to have some issues. It routinely crashes, freezes or aborts while attempting to update it or install Pi-Hole, and I (first time using a pi) cannot for the life of me figure out what it wants. It also prints temporary resolve error on the raspi web sites when I try to do sudo apt-get update, but I entered in the echo 'nameserver 8.8.8.8' | sudo tee /etc/resolv.conf but when it crashes I have to do it again. Any advice for how to get past this? Thank you for your time, any help is appreciated greatly.
  4. I've been attempting to follow the guide on the raspberry pi ad blocker, and I've been using a raspberry pi zero w trying to get it to run raspbian buster lite headless, and the light goes on, and in the ssh file I included the ssid and the psk, which should be sufficient according to the guides I followed, I think I have a wpa 2 psk style wifi to the best of my understanding, but this is my first time doing something with a raspberry Pi. I couldn't find the raspberry pi on angry scanner or fing on my phone, any advice for how to set this up? I attempted to set it up earlier with the full raspbian buster with desktop and programs but it got stuck at raspi-config-service so I formatted my SD and went back to lite. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
  5. Thanks for that list of considerations, might take a little bit of time to think about what I really like and disliked about my 6s, but I'll start with answers to your questions/suggestions, I like the size and proportion of the 6s, it's a good size for my hand, whereas I find that the 8 that my friend has is a bit large for my hand. I'm not really sure how I feel about the display size, though as we move into a war against bezels I guess it's inevitable screens are getting taller, but the width of the screen is pretty good for my hands. I am on a GSM network, and I would like to have a headphone jack, though it isnt a set in stone sort of need. I do want more storage than the 32GB I have. No need for Dual SIM, and I personally prefer fingerprint ID though I dont care too much about that. I think I already mentioned my biggest issues with the 6s, the camera felt really poor, though it might have just been my unit, and the battery seemed really questionable over the phone's lifetime. My real concern with the iphone prices is that I would get locked in to the ecosystem and the prices continue to hike up. I would say that I would like to spend less than 1000 usd (I am in the US) and maybe keep it in the below 800 range. I'll have to keep thinking about what I distinctly liked and disliked about the 6s
  6. cable management is largely a personal matter, and is a matter of aesthetics. As long as the cables are not inside another part (use common sense) it's fine, just not the aesthetic standard. I would advise you not to pay and figure it out yourself with zip ties, but it's really up to you
  7. I'm kind of interested to see what's out there in the android world, since the apple prices have been hiking, just looking for some good value, and what to know what's all really out there. thanks for the input though.
  8. Hopefully this is an appropriate place to put this, I'm considering upgrading my phone at the moment, as I've had an IPhone 6s for 3 years now, and it's not holding up as well, with the battery draining incredibly quickly even though I had it replaced about a year ago, and it has trouble connecting to wirelesss networks sometimes. Since I largely use google apps and spotify and basically none of the apple apps, I'm planning to make the jump to android, and was wondering what I should look for in a phone, and what phones I should look at. So far I've been looking at the Google Pixel 3 (though the 4 is expected to come this week if I read that right), and the One plus 7 pro and was wondering what are some other phones to consider? The notches/cameras dont really irk me except for the hole punch camera, I'm just looking to find an android phone without much bloatware that will last a few years and be supported for a while. Battery and camera strength are pluses. Thanks for reading
  9. yeah they seem really stuck on there. any ideas how I can remove them?
  10. awesome. would you reccomend ebay or craigslist for a first time seller?
  11. Alright thanks for the input, there's a hyper x, razer, evga badge, and ryzen sticker on the case which is grey, and I will include all the screw and bits standard.
  12. Hope this is the right place to ask this sort of thing
  13. Im considering selling my focus G used, and was wondering a few things. With no real damage, a few stickers on the side panel, how much do you think I should sell it for?
  14. Also, since the NZXT site is vague, will the EVGA 1060 6GB single fan superclocked edition be compatible? thanks for your time.
